When I was a teenager, I surrounded myself around many artistically talented friends who had a variety of different styles. Hanging around them for a long time and studying their techniques, getting tips and feedback and other methods of self-learning by myself. Before I knew it, my friends shaped me into an artist who can produce illustrations of a wide variety of styles. Nassau Community College would help focus on my skills that I had not yet focused on such as graphic design, typography, color theory, web design and package design and allow for me to stand on my own as a well-rounded individual. Because of it, my personal art also improved, my friends were impressed with the quality of my illustrations and designs and I had become the artist I always wanted to be.
Whether it be creating designs which pop and stimulate the eyes, or making minimalistic but respectfully use elements to make a design visually appealing, my work can adapt to many different styles and needs for a project to work which is true for all the mediums I work with as well. To make information digestable to any normal person, I'm constantly learning some new techniques, to push myself to be even more creative, each day.
